Description
JST-XH 2.54 2pin one male to 2x female Y splitter parallel cable ideal for 3D printer fan upgrades or any other electronics. This allows the opportunity to increase your part cooling by adding a second fan without the need to splice or solder factory wiring. Another use is for adding a second battery for electronics. Wires are 22 AWG.
Just plug this Y splitter right into your original wiring that ends with a female JST-XH 2.54 connector and you’re good to go in most cases (read below).
If you are purchasing new parts to use with this splitter cable, please review the wiring and specs to confirm this will work for you. Reach out with any questions and I can work with what you need. Let me know if you need the wires configured differently, or I can also leave the connectors off so that you can review and line up the wires. Otherwise, the wires can be re-arranged by using a fine point pin or precision flat head screwdriver to push the clips down that are holding the wires in place.
Please note that two wires are being crimped together. This is not considered the proper technique, but works great for 3D printer upgrades.
